Overview
Within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module "CoMe CircLe" (2023-2026), the University of Udine (Italy) organizes the 17th, 18th and 19th editions of the Summer School on 'Consumer and Market Law in the European Circular Economy', in cooperation with a consortium of European universities, now including University of Essex (UK), De Montfort University (UK), Universitatea de Vest din Timisoara (Romania), East Anglia University (UK), University of Rijeka (Croatia), University of Belgrade (Serbia) and University of Szeged (Hungary).
The program is designed to cover both substantive and procedural aspects of the matters, with practical sessions and how to do sessions (written and oral pleading technique, mock trial before the EU Courts) in which participants will be engaged in a simulation on consumer litigation with leading experts from Academia, legal professions and consumers' associations.
